If an account is suspended or deleted due to User misconduct, the User is still responsible for paying any applicable fees or charges.

While MrCall presents its Products with the highest technical accuracy possible, representations (including visuals, graphics, colors, sounds) are for reference only and do not imply a guarantee regarding the purchased Product’s exact features.

Certain MrCall Products must be purchased via third-party app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). Users must follow the specific instructions provided by the respective app store.
Unless otherwise stated, app store purchases are also subject to the terms and conditions of the app store provider. These terms override any conflicting provisions in these Terms.
Users purchasing through third-party app stores should carefully read and accept the relevant terms and conditions before proceeding.
Until the full payment is received, the User does not acquire any rights to use the purchased Products.
Purchased services will be executed or made available within the timeframe indicated on MrCall or communicated before order submission.
Users may test MrCall or specific Products for a limited free trial period.
Unless canceled before the trial ends, the trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription.
A subscription grants Users continuous or periodic access to a Product.

Paid subscriptions start on the date of the first payment received by the Owner.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Owner is established (Italy), regardless of conflict-of-law principles.
If the User’s country grants a higher level of consumer protection, those protections prevail.
Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute related to these Terms rests with the courts of the Owner’s location (Italy).
This does not apply to European Consumers or those in the UK, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland.
This Agreement remains valid until terminated by MrCall or the User.
Upon termination, the following provisions remain in effect:
